Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Central Minnesota, where 465 lakes provide endless options for water sports and recreation. These cities, 125 miles north of Minneapolis, are at the heart of the Lakes Area, one of the state’s top vacation destinations.This position will support our Pillager Clinic Location working Day Shift hours and 40 hours per week.
Education Qualifications:
As a CMA/LPN, you will assist RNs, Physicians and other providers. You will provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. You will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. The cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category. This role will also assist with completing lab draws, swabs, urine collection and processing.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in appropriate state, i.e. Minnesota, Wisconsin, OR current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR Verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire. (Must pass certification within two attempts)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.

Hours Per Pay Period: 80
Compensation Range: $19.55 - $29.32 / hour
